Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chungus Community Servers (the "Service") and any purchase made through its store. By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who runs this

Chungus Community Servers is an independently operated Counter-Strike 1.6 community server, not a registered company. [Operator: fill in your legal name/business name and country here.] You can reach us at Telegram (jumjum) for any question about these Terms or a purchase.

2. Not affiliated with Valve

Counter-Strike, Steam, and related trademarks belong to Valve Corporation. Chungus Community Servers is an unofficial, independently run community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

3. What the store sells

The store sells optional digital in-game entitlements for use on Chungus Community Servers's Counter-Strike 1.6 servers only: VIP ranks/privileges and ammo packs. These entitlements:

• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real-world currency;
• are not a currency, security, investment, or financial product;
• are tied to a specific SteamID (your account, or the SteamID/IP you supplied at guest checkout) and are non-transferable to another player or account;
• exist only within these servers and have no value or use outside them.

4. Delivery

Purchases are applied automatically after payment is captured, the next time your privileges sync in-game. Delivery is not instantaneous in the sense of a physical good changing hands -- it begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for what this means for cancellation rights.

5. Guest checkout is your responsibility

If you check out without logging in, you must supply either your correct SteamID or the IP address you are currently connecting from. We resolve that input to a player record and deliver the purchase to it. We are not responsible for entitlements delivered to the wrong player because of an incorrect SteamID or IP address that you supplied.

6. Eligibility and age

You must be old enough in your country of residence to enter into a binding contract, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who is aware of and authorizes the purchase (including use of their payment method). The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly sell to unaccompanied minors.

7. Suspension, bans, and revocation

Access to purchased privileges may be suspended or permanently revoked, without refund, if you: violate server rules, cheat, abuse the privilege, are banned from the server, or obtain the purchase through fraud, a payment dispute, or a chargeback. 8. Service provided "as is"

The servers and store are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we may add, change, or remove features (including VIP perks and ammo pack contents) at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or changes to the Service.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full payment card details. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal's own user agreement.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service or make purchases after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law
