Refund Policy

1. Digital content, delivered immediately

Everything sold on the Chungus Community Servers store -- VIP ranks/privileges and ammo packs -- is digital content that is delivered automatically as soon as payment is captured, the next time your privileges sync in-game. Because of this, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivery has started, except as described below.

2. Your right to cancel (EU/UK/EEA buyers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you would ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because this store sells digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply once delivery begins -- but only if you explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right before paying. We collect that consent as a checkbox at checkout. If you did not see or check that box, contact us and you may be entitled to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

3. No refunds for

• change of mind after a purchase has been delivered;
• entitlements delivered to the wrong SteamID or player because you supplied an incorrect SteamID or IP address at guest checkout;
• access revoked because you broke server rules, cheated, or were banned;
• partial use of a time-limited VIP rank ("I only used it for a week").

4. Refunds we will consider

We will review a refund request, at our discretion, if:

• you were charged but the product was never delivered due to a fault on our side, and the issue can't be fixed by re-syncing your privileges;
• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• the product listing was materially wrong or misconfigured at the time you bought it.

To request a refund, contact us on Telegram (jumjum) within 7 days of purchase with your PayPal order ID and SteamID.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with PayPal or your bank -- most issues can be resolved directly and faster that way. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in the purchased privilege being immediately revoked, and may result in a permanent ban from the server and from making future purchases, to protect against buyback abuse.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued back to the original PayPal payment method. We do not offer cash, other payment methods, or in-game credit as a substitute.
