We do not collect your payment card or bank details -- PayPal handles payment and only shares the order ID, amount, and payer info needed to confirm and deliver your purchase.
We process this data to perform the contract formed when you make a purchase or use the Service, and based on our legitimate interest in running a secure server and preventing fraud. Where consent is the basis (e.g. the immediate-delivery acknowledgment at checkout), you may withdraw it going forward by not completing a purchase.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
Account, purchase, and moderation records are kept for as long as your account/purchase history is relevant to operating the Service and resolving disputes or chargebacks. Raw connection/web logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then pruned. [Fill in a concrete retention period, e.g. "connection logs are kept for 90 days," once you decide on one.]
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us on Telegram (jumjum) to make a request. We may need to keep purchase and chargeback records even after a deletion request where we have a legitimate need to (e.g. fraud prevention, legal obligations).
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for login to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
The Service is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate parental consent, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
Questions about this policy or your data: Telegram (jumjum).
